Call of Duty: Cold War Zombies – ALL Changes from PRE-ALPHA to Present


Good evening ladies and gentlemen! In this video, I decided to go through every change I could find in the Zombies game-mode from Cold War’s pre-alpha to now. Let me know if I missed anything, or if you have any questions. I’ll do my best to respond to everyone!

CHAPTER 1: MENU / UI / GAMEMODE CHANGES
0:00-0:09 – Intro
0:10-0:49 – Menu, Map Selection, Game Modes
0:53-1:01 – Game Mode Customization
1:08-1:17 – Weapon, Perk, Field Upgrade, and Ammo Mod Upgrades had 5 tiers (Check imgur for each and every option)

CHAPTER 2: LOADING IN + MUSIC STUFF
1:29-1:54 – Old loading screen + Intro cutscene + OG Starting music
2:03-2:30 – OG Round change music
2:38-3:06 – OG Power-Up announcer (Samantha + Richtofen)

CHAPTER 3: MAP CHANGES
3:16-3:30 – No Rampage Inducer
3:34-4:02 – Only one Crafting Table (+ Flamethrower was available months before release)
4:06-4:20 – Stamin-Up Location slightly moved
4:27-4:53 – Crash Site without rocks – a much more open version than what we have today
4:57-5:14 – Switched Deadshot Daquiri and Juggernog positions
5:19-5:47 – Only one Armor Station (+ Weapon Tier upgrades were not implemented)
5:55-6:11 – OG Power Switch + Instant Dark Aether access
6:18-7:23 – OG Dark Aether + Pack-a-Punch animation (no crystals + different skybox)
7:28-7:44 – Instant Wunderfizz access (no waiting for 10 rounds…)

CHAPTER 4: GAMEPLAY CHANGES I NOTICED
7:58-8:15 – Megaton difficulty (much easier than final build)
8:21-8:44 – Cheaper Pack-A-Punch prices (significantly easier to get Tier 3 PAP)
8:49-9:11 – BO4 Combat Bow
9:15-10:00 – Deadshot Daquiri was broken (100% accuracy, 0 bullet spread)
10:06-10:38 – Exfil during Dog Rounds + Chopper Gunner while Exfiling
