This SURPRISE YEAR 2 CONTENT Just Got Revealed… (Cold War Year 2 + Warzone Update)

Today was our weekly Call of Duty Warzone and Vanguard update, but alongside that update we got a surprise year 2 content announcement for Black Ops Cold War. After being rumored and leaked for a while, Black Ops Cold War’s Year 2 content was revealed by Treyarch today and was confirmed to be coming to Black Ops Cold War and Warzone (to a degree) as of tomorrow. The Vargo 52 Assault Rifle will be added to Black Ops Cold War Year 2 and Warzone as of tomorrow and the new (or rather returning) classic map, WMD will be playable as a part of Black Ops Cold War’s Year 2 offering as well. It’s not necessarily clear if this is the *only* content we’ll see here as a part of the Year 2 content offering for Black Ops Cold War, but it’s the offering we know of. Black Ops Cold War’s update should be happening as of 10am PT / 1pm ET as of tomorrow, March 4th, but alongside that we also got our weekly Warzone and Vanguard update that offered a bit as well. From new modes like Iron Trials on Rebirth Island to fundamental shifts in the game in Vanguard Royale to new playlists across both Vanguard and Warzone, today’s update was definitely worth noting. Today we’re breaking down everything from the Black Ops Cold War Year 2 content update announcement and the changes you can expect to see when jumping on Warzone and Vanguard for the first time since the update.
